They Were Millions

They Were Millions is an hybrid project on the West Europeans in the 18th and 19th century who emigrated in differents parts of the world. The 3×52’ mini series is produced by Seppia in co-development with Arte.

After having worked on the writing and artistic design of the various animated sequences to define the visual grammar and to validate the artistic and technical choices (construction of environments and real-time 3D animation in Unreal Engine, stylistic choice and artistic direction of a draftsman and painter, implementation of AI tools to transfer his style into 3D), Dada! Animation made the pilot of the project.
